1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds can only be processed under the following situations:

  • Technical glitch – Errors during DSC application, processing, or activation.
  • Operational glitch – Internal issues preventing certificate issuance.
  • Transit glitch – Loss or damage during product delivery.
  • Defective product – Faulty USB token or device.
  • Timely request – Refund request must be raised within 3 days (T+3) of certificate issuance.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

  • Once the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) has been downloaded/installed by the customer.
  • If the refund request is raised after 3 days (T+3) from certificate issuance.
  • If the USB token is damaged by the customer or gets damaged during return transit.
  • In cases of customer negligence, incorrect details, or misuse of the product.
  • If the DSC was rejected due to incorrect documents submitted by the customer.

3. Refund Request Process

Customers must email a written refund request to:

support@digital-signaturecertificate.com

The request should include:

  • Order ID / Transaction reference number
  • Customer name & registered email/phone
  • Reason for refund with supporting details (if applicable)

Note: Upon approval, digital-signaturecertificate.com reserves the right to revoke the issued DSC.

4. Token Return Policy

  • If a USB token was purchased, it must be safely returned in original condition and proper packaging.
  • Customers must bear the shipping/delivery charges for the return.
  • Tokens damaged in transit from the customer to digital-signaturecertificate.com will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if the DSC has already been issued or the token has been dispatched.
  • Cancellation before certificate processing or token dispatch may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative/processing charges.

7. Company Rights & Disclaimer

  • digital-signaturecertificate.com reserves the right to reject any refund request if it does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The company may update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.
  • In case of disputes, the decision of digital-signaturecertificate.com shall be final and binding.
